Run the HandBrake application and you will see the initial HandBrake window. You will see many different buttons and configuration options in HandBrake but we will only need to use a few of them. Most can be left as-is and are only relevant to advanced users with specific or unusual needs.
At this step, insert the DVD you want to convert into your DVD-ROM drive. Allow the computer a few seconds to register it. If your computer automatically starts playing the DVD, you'll want to quit the playback program.
